As a Business Development Manager, you will help shape the future of our business by leading a team of 5 - 8 recruitment consultants. You will be a hands-on billing manager, who has the ability to lead, manage and recruit a regional team. To support the growth of our business you must be able to lead from the front, fee earn, develop client relationships and drive individual and team targets. Recruitment Management experience is essential and Branch & Project Management experience would be advantageous.
