As well as regular office nights out, we have two fully expensed events per year: a Christmas conference and a summer conference for all employees. They are a great 'open forum' opportunity to talk about future plans and changes in the company and have previously resulted in the introduction of 'casual dress five days a week'. And obviously there is a lot of partying afterwards but that goes without saying!
