Throughout the first 12 months within the business, you will be continually assessed by Regional Managers, Directors and the centralised development team. We will work together to create a personal development plan, incorporating on the job training and personalised development plans.

Personal development plans vary from consultant to consultant and are specifically tailored to meet your career objectives. Whether your aim is to become a Regional Director, a Business Development Manager or a top-billing Consultant, your training programme will be adapted to help you achieve and exceed this.
