Why did you join sf group?

To get the best training possible, to make a name for myself in the fastest growing profession (recruitment) in the fastest growing industry (finance) and to make good money on the back of what I personally put in.

What are you getting out of your employment so far?

The best training possible, more money in my account at the end of the month than a student loan in a term, personal and career development and working alongside some of the best people in the industry.

Where do you want your career to develop?

The sky’s the limit. I’m being given every chance of being a first rate recruitment consultant, with the potential to grow alongside the company. And as Manchester is the most progressive region (and continuing to expand at a fast rate) the possibility of managing a team and developing them to the ethics of sf group is a real opportunity there for me to try and achieve.
