Ability
1. Listening - ability to understand client and candidate needs.
2. Interpersonal - confidence in communication, body language and appearance.
3. Influencing -ability to persuade someone to your way of thinking.
4. Self-belief - confidence in your own personal ability.
5. Product knowledge - this is taught during the eight week induction course.
Drive
60% of all Recruitment Consultants in the UK don’t make it through their first year! This being the case, drive and resilience are big factors in recruitment.
