As a Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of 5 - 8 recruitment consultants. You will be a hands-on billing manager, who has the ability to lead, manage and recruit a regional team. Having the capability to lead from the front, fee earn, develop client relationships and drive individual and team targets is essential. Recruitment Management experience is essential and Branch & Project Management experience would be advantageous.
