As a Regional Director, you will have full responsibility for managing and recruiting a team of up to 5 Business Development Recruitment
Managers and 40 recruitment consultants. Being totally autonomous and fully accountable for your P&L,
you will deliver growth in all areas through motivating your teams and driving operational performance.

As a Regional Director the remuneration package includes: basic salary, performance based bonuses, a car allowance including fuel card,
mobile, 25 days holiday, home access to the system and parking provided.
