Commission Structure
Our commission structure is one of the best in the industry - it is uncapped and 100% transparent. Our bespoke system also allows consultants to check their commission status at any given time.
Flexibility
Making the move is straight forward - an induction programme can be tailored to meet your needs, largely depending on the amount of experience you have and in which field. For example, if you have non-finance recruitment experience, you can take the 'About The Accountancy Profession' module or if you would like to brush up on certain recruitment skills, we have an on-going schedule of modules to choose from, running all year round.
Whether you undertake initial training or hit the ground running, once you are in the office, your role will be 100% autonomous and you will have full systems access from home. You will have complete responsibility for developing the client and candidate base in your area and your success will result in genuine career progression opportunities to Divisional Manager and Regional Director.
