Are you a Graduate or Aspiring Consultant?

We run 8-week Training Programmes as part of our Development Centre throughout the year. These Training Programmes are your opportunity to meet the SF Team and see our fantastic working environment as well as see if a career in recruitment is right for you. During your 8-weeks you alternate between working in our Nottingham Head Office and your regional office. You’ll be part of a network of other graduates who will start at the same time, so you have a ready made social circle (and your accommodation is provided!)
